Art is an essential part of community recovery and social change. Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco (CCC) has a long history of showcasing bold artwork of social transformation and community impact by sparking critical dialogues on equity. We provide a safe environment for artists who champion activism, resilience, and healthy communities. Your contribution will uplift diverse voices and elevate the underserved. Consider donating to empower community stories through education and contemporary art.

Support Chinese Culture Center’s initiative to:

- Empower community building: Honor community legacy through programming like the student-nominated Community Heroes Mural; and support emerging Asian American artists by our signature XianRui (Fresh & Sharp) exhibition series. Our current XianRui artist Cathy Lu winning the prestigious 2022 SECA Art Award is definitely an encouragement to the whole community.

- Uplift Diverse Voices: Celebrate creativity in our communities through programming like the WOMEN: From Her to Here exhibition, uplifting womxn, feminist and LGBTQ API voices; and empower womxn asylum seekers through healing and storytelling with artist Sofia Cordova.

- Champion Artists at the Forefront of Activism and Social Justice: Support programming such as “Artists Against Anti-Asian Violence,” “From Bay to Atlanta” and a series of rapid response solidarity building that integrates arts in combating anti-Asian hate, building solidarity with Black Lives Matter, and long-term cross-sector community partnerships with artists.

- Support Economic Recovery: Creating art through vital community spaces such as 41 Ross, and vital mural projects that supports the economic recovery of Chinatown.

CCC is celebrating 57 years of community building and the arts on June 2, 2022. This year's gala theme is "A New Wave" and we will honor individuals who have changed the tides in our communities through their leadership, the arts, and commitment to social justice. “A New Wave” gala supports CCC to elevate underserved communities and give voice to equality.
