CCC Announces Jenny Leung as New Executive Director

The Chinese Culture Center is grateful for your continued and generous support. These challenging times have caused a lot of uncertainty, and CCC remains as we have for the past five decades, actively committed to building healthy, vibrant communities. We are proud to announce Jenny Leung as the next Executive Director at Chinese Culture Center. She is no stranger to the community, as she has been deeply invested with CCC since 2010.

Jenny has a decade of leadership experience and success in forging cross-sector collaborations, working in the Chinatown community and with funders in government and philanthropy. During her time here, she has led CCC’s programming, and worked alongside former Artistic Director and Curator Abby Chen in establishing signature programs XianRui, Museum Without Walls, Episode and the experimental studio at 41 Ross Alley. Jenny co-chairs the Chinatown Arts and Culture Coalition, leading the effort to develop the Chinatown Cultural District Plan. She is recognized by her peers as a Getty Leadership Institute NextGen Fellow 2017, her service on panels for the California Arts Council and San Francisco Arts Commission, and her efforts in cultural equity by supporting Proposition E: Arts for Everyone in the Chinatown community. Under Jenny's leadership, CCC will continue to act as an anchor institution for Chinatown and advocate for the community through adversity. Thank you for being here with us, and for your ongoing support. Wishing you safety and wellness,
